Grow Today offers freelance copywriting services, including but not limited to content creation, editing, and proofreading. Specific services and project details will be outlined in individual agreements.

To ensure timely and effective delivery of services, clients agree to:

• Provide clear project guidelines and requirements.
• Respond to communications promptly.
• Review and approve work within agreed timeframes.

• Fees for services will be outlined in individual project agreements.
• Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
• Payment methods will be specified in the invoice.

• Clients are entitled to 1 round of revisions as part of the initial project fee.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.

• Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final deliverables.
• Grow Today retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

We respect your privacy. Any sensitive information shared during the project will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to meet its obligations. In the event of termination, clients will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to that point.

Grow Today will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
